Update EPREL (GEN – 1022.00)

01 May 2019

2 min read

GEN – 1022.00. This new version includes fixes to minor issues signalled by suppliers when uploading their product models in the database manually or using system-to-system communication. It also adds some new functionalities and cosmetic changes.

New labels

New labels are now available for the following product groups:

  • Air conditioners
  • Water heaters
  • Space heaters/Combination heaters
  • Space heater-Boiler
  • Space heater-Cogeneration
  • Space heater-Heat pump

The Commission request that manufacturers verify that the information shown in the PDF generated for labels and product fiche is correct and shown according to the Delegated Regulations.

New functionalities

  1. Packages of water heaters: UI has been redefined, so fields now belong to their correct section (i.e. ‘Value of II: (220 x Qref)/Qnonsol’ now belongs to section ‘Solar contribution’).
  2. Equivalent models: Some improvements have been added to this functionality:
    1. Recalling that modifying a base model affects all equivalent models (if any), editing a base model in status “Published” creates a new version of the model. Any associated equivalent model is not immediately synchronised. Equivalent models are synchronised (i.e. re-associated to the new version) only once the base model is “published”. If any equivalent model was in status “Published”, a new version of the equivalent is created automatically in status “Rebased”, with the correct association to the new version. The “Rebased” version is published automatically once the new version of the base model is published. Equivalent models in status “Incomplete” or “Complete”, are now synchronised directly.
    2. Legacy: If any base model was in status “Incomplete” (not possible anymore), the data will be not synchronised with its equivalent models till the moment the base model becomes “Complete”. Once “Complete”, it cannot become “Incomplete” anymore.
    3. Changing the status of a base model from “Complete” to “Incomplete” is not possible when equivalent models are associated.
    4. Deleting a base model “Incomplete” or “Complete” is not possible when one or more equivalent models are associated.
    5. Equivalent models always share the latest version of the technical documentation of their base model.

New documents have been uploaded to the wiki:
