The purpose of this Recommendation is to be used as a Guideline by manufacturers of Air Handling Units. It should be remembered and kept in mind that the essential purpose of Directives is to achieve a common level of safety and ensure free movement of goods between member states and not to certify the high quality of product or to guarantee performances. This is the English version of the Recommendation.
