This recommendation describes a test procedure for evaluating the essential operating properties of air filters. These are efficiency and arrestance (according to the type of filter), pressure loss and dust holding capacity. It is essentially designed for comparison of filter data obtained under specific conditions. This document is written in the English, French, and German language. Updated versions of this Recommendation can be found as Eurovent 4/9 and 4/20.
