Krakow, 13 May 2016. As announced today by the organisers, the Polish ‘Indoor Climate 2030’ Symposium will be held during the 2016 EUROVENTSUMMIT on 28 September 2016. This event constitutes a hands-on, forward looking seminar for building consultants, contractors, designers, manufacturers, planners, and everyone else interested in upcoming developments concerning indoor climate (HVAC) technologies. It is being jointly organised by Eurovent, Polish Ventilation Association, and REHVA. The event follows the EUROVENTSUMMIT’s ideal of thinking ‘Beyond HVACR’.

The ‘Indoor Climate 2030’ Symposium will be held entirely in Polish and includes seminars by leading experts such as Piotr Bartkiewicz and Agnieszka Sowa. Amongst others, participants are going to receive in-depth insights into European Union regulatory developments (Ecodesign, Energy Performance of Buildings), new testing and rating standards for ventilation equipment, performance certification programmes, and market development trends following Ecodesign Regulations.

‘With the Polish ‘Indoor Climate 2030’ Symposium, the upcoming EUROVENTSUMMIT in Krakow will be home to yet another highlight that provides everyone in Poland dealing with indoor climate technologies with a great added value’, says Igor Sikonczyk, Market Manager at Eurovent. ‘This event looks beyond HVACR, aiming to provide an outlook on latest and upcoming developments impacting our sector such as the new EN-ISO 16890 Standard that Eurovent is actively working on, the revision of the EU’s Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, or the increasing relevance of Indoor Air Quality.’

Detailed information and the confirmed schedule of the Polish ‘Indoor Climate 2030’ Symposium can be found at www.eurovent-summit.eu. Participants of this Symposium can also participate in all other events and activities of the 2016 EUROVENTSUMMIT. Updates are being provided on a frequent basis via email and LinkedIn. As Official Carrier of the 2016 EUROVENTSUMMIT, LOT Polish Airlines offers all SUMMIT Pass holders travel to Krakow with a 10% discount.
